General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We are committed to respecting your privacy too. From the 25th May 2018, new European legislation under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) impose certain regulations to companies regarding the processing of personal data about individuals. It provides citizens of the EU with greater controls over their personal information and data and helps ensure that information is being protected and treated securely.

We will ensure that we comply with the new GDPR Law (2018 Act) by doing the following:

  • Providing access, rectification and restriction at the customer’s request – If you ask, we will show you the information we hold for you, including the record of how and when you gave your consent for it to be used. If your details are wrong, you can correct it. The right to restrict means we will not use your information, only hold it, if you request.
  • Providing you the right to be forgotten – We will delete all the data we hold for you should you request this.

We have developed improvements to our working practices to help manager this new law and we have also put some security measures in place too. We will notify all customers and authorities in the event a breaches to our overall security.

Should changes result in GDPR, we will notify all accordingly and amend our website accordingly.
